    unfortunately that is a consequence.
    options would be:
    – shortened decimal digits (from 2 to 0)
    – less visible stores
    – smaller font size
    – different symbol for ruble. I am using py6 because that is what steam uses. Is there another?

    which would you think is best?

    thanks!

  2. There is a symbol:http://www.artlebedev.com/news/2007/rouble/Unfortunately it's not yet included in Unicode tables, but there are workarounds:http://www.artlebedev.com/tools/technogrette/html/rouble/You could embed SVG into the script and use it.Or just use "р" character. Note that it's not latin "p" and could differ in various fonts.PS: I just clicked the first banner there was and it happened to be OMD. But you seem excited – i'll definitely try it. Thanks…

    Ah, very interesting! I'm sure to include that modification in the upcoming release to use the symbol instead! Please forgive my ignorance on the subject!

  4. C'mon, i didn't think you were in any way ignorant. I believe even 90% of Russians doesn't know about it. These things take time.Anyway, glad if i could help.

    Here's a version using the ruble symbolhttps://www.dropbox.com/s/m4a65rivyo6wwyy/Steam%20Regional%20Prices.oexI dont think that, considering the font size, it gets readable enough. But tell me what you think!Thanks.

    Oh and by the way. The prices in Rubles in Steam are never with decimals. There is never a XXX.YY. Always XXX.
    I could keep the concept and save a lot of space by rounding to units. What do you think about this option?

    Thanks 2x. 🙂

    I wonder why in the second case it didn't expand, it had enough space to stretch horizontally so it wouldn't break the line. at least it looked like it.

    Have you tried keeping the "py6" but with rounded decimals? Does it break in that situation too?

    There are other options in the site you have given me that use css, i'll try that option in a next iteration!

    Well, it's doable using Dragonfly directly. Maybe you could evaluate the options too? I see you have skills with Dragonfly 🙂

    last option of all is to use a gif. but i'll leave that for last.

  7. This version doesn't work at all.
    There is an error message about "unknown property: behavior".
    Also is completely empty and self-closed.

    For now i just edited version 1.1 with rounding up and " p." code:
    value = String(parseFloat(value).toFixed(0))
    currency = ' р.'

    UPD: Scratch that. I just reinstalled it and it works fine. That's strange, since i tested it on 3 different opera installations, including latest 12.50 build.

    Hmmm …. i'm a bit confused about the outcome of your analysis.
    So the testing shows the css use is working and (most importantly) is a good representation of the ruble symbol? Do we go with this version or just go with ' p.' ?

    Thanks!

    Alright, thanks, I'll be publishing it soon.
    I'm adding some new stuff as I found some games not available in all stores which result in a 0.00 price (replacing it for a N/A) and also making sure all stores with the same lowest price are all marked green.

    So tomorrow or in 2 days it'll be available.

    Thanks again 🙂

  10. Como faço para desabilitar a mudança da extensão? Desinstalei o aplicativo, mas não consigo mais ver a cotação (Real) do meu país (Brasil), apenas os preços em dólares.
